Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs (or breast)
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper
- Bamboo or metal skewers
Instructions
- Cut chicken into 1.5-inch cubes
- In a large bowl or zip-lock bag, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, and spices. Add the cut-up chicken to the bowl or bag and coat well.
- Marinate for at least 1 hour (ideally 4-8 hours in the fridge).
- Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers
- Cook:
- Grill on medium-high heat, 4-5 minutes per side
- Oven: Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes. Flip halfway.
- Air Fryer: 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-14 minutes, flip halfway
