Ingredients
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp fresh chives
- 2 tbsp fresh basil
- 1 tbsp tarragon
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2-3 tbsp water (to thin, as needed)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add water 1 tbsp at a time to reach the desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust salt, pepper, or lemon as needed.
- Store in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.
NOTE: This recipe is great to drizzle over salads or grain bowls, use as a dip for vegetables, or spread on sandwiches or wraps.
