Why We Love This Recipe:

Using nonfat Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise or sour cream adds protein to keep you full longer, supports muscle repair, and balances blood sugar.

Greek yogurt is also low in saturated fat, and using olive oil provides heart-healthy fats.

The fresh herbs like parsley, basil, and chives provide vitamin C and polyphenols for immune and skin support. They are also natural anti-inflammatory compounds.
