Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken breast, shredded
- 3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise (can also use avocado or olive oil-based)
- 1/3 cup hot sauce
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp white vinegar (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Chopped green onions or parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat over to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, hot sauce, and spices.
- Stir in shredded chicken and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Spread into a 8 x 8-inch baking dish
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
- Optional: Garnish with green onions or parsley.
