Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken breast, shredded 
  • 3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise (can also use avocado or olive oil-based)
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce 
  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Chopped green onions or parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 375 degrees Fahrenheit 
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, hot sauce, and spices. 
  3. Stir in shredded chicken and half of the mozzarella cheese. 
  4. Spread into a 8 x 8-inch baking dish 
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. 
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until hot and bubbly. 
  7. Optional: Garnish with green onions or parsley.

Tips:

Serve with tortilla chips or sliced veggies.
