Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil. 
  2. Mix the spices and the olive oil to make a paste. Place the salmon skin side down on the baking sheet. Rub the paste over the top part of the salmon. 
  3. Bake for 6-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of your salmon and desired doneness. 
  4. While the salmon is baking, toss all the mango salsa ingredients in a bowl to combine. 
  5. Assemble
