Founded in 2017 by Lindsay Dolashewich, RD, Absolute Nutrition Counseling was built on a simple but powerful passion: teaching people how to love food while reaching their health goals. We provide a stripped-down, back-to-basics approach that cuts through the noise of diet culture to deliver nutrition that actually works for your real life.

Meet Lindsay Dolashewich, RD

Lindsay Dolashewich, RD, founded Absolute Nutrition Counseling to help people build a healthier, more confident relationship with food while moving beyond the confusion and restrictions often created by diet culture.

A lifelong athlete, Lindsay has always been passionate about nutrition, performance, and overall wellness. Having personally experienced the messaging of ’90s diet culture, she understands how easy it can be to lose sight of the joy of eating. That experience inspired her to help others discover that nutritious food can be both enjoyable and sustainable.

Lindsay earned her degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, with a minor in Exercise Science, and completed her Dietetic Internship through The College of Saint Elizabeth. She has since expanded her expertise with specialized training in eating disorder recovery, sports nutrition, and as a Certified Holistic Cannabis Practitioner.

She is passionate about helping clients separate fact from fiction, challenge diet culture, and develop realistic habits that support long-term health, confidence, and well-being.

Outside of nutrition, Lindsay fulfilled a lifelong dream by competing on Survivor 42. Living on a remote island in Fiji with limited resources tested her resilience, adaptability, and determination—qualities that continue to influence her personal and professional life today.
